Weekly In-Person Groove Classes in Oakland PLUS Groove online on Zoom
Come enjoy an hour of dance that lets you move authentically and get a great workout! You’ll dance in a way that feels perfect for your body, whether you’re a longtime dancer or have never done any dance training, no matter what limitations you have that day. Treat yourself to an hour of joy-filled movement!
December 2025: Thursday evenings, 12/6, 12/13 and 12/20, 6:30 -7:30 PM in person in Oakland. East Bay Dance Center 1318 Glenfield Ave, Oakland 94602 $15/class or $45 for 4 consecutive classes. Pay via Venmo @karen-wertman or cash onsite. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start.
