Groove connects you to great music, with simple choreography and a huge variety of styles, from hip-hop and jazz, to rock and reggae. YOU get to move in your own, authentic way. It’s a party in your body and each class is a delicious dance experience. You get a great workout but also get to creatively and comfortably express yourself in a welcoming and positive environment. When you move in your own way, you can’t get it wrong!
